Terms & Conditions for Downloading and Using Bobbiny Patterns 

1.Intellectual Property 

All patterns available for download from Bobbiny are the intellectual property of Bobbiny and are protected by copyright and related rights. All rights to the patterns, including copying, modifying or distributing them, remain reserved by Bobbiny. 

2.License for Use 

By downloading a pattern, you receive a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use it for private and commercial purposes in the scope defined in these Terms. The license is granted to one person only. 

3.Prohibition of Distribution 

The pattern may not be sold, shared or otherwise provided to third parties – either electronically or in print. Any unauthorised distribution of the pattern is prohibited and constitutes a breach of copyright. 

4.Commercial Use of Projects 

Upon possessing a pattern, you may use it to create your own items which may then be sold. Important: the license applies to the item made based on the pattern, not the pattern itself. In other words: you may sell finished products made according to a Bobbiny pattern, but you may not sell the pattern itself. 

5.Modifications – Prohibition of Derivative Patterns 

It is prohibited to make significant changes to the pattern in order to create a new design and sell it as your own. Any attempt to modify the pattern resulting in a new base design for sale is forbidden. 

6.Digital Product – No Right of Withdrawal 

The pattern in PDF format is a digital content product delivered immediately upon download or purchase. Due to the nature of the product – nonmaterial, downloaded and used at the time of delivery – the consumer’s right of withdrawal (14day “cooling‐off” period) does not apply if the download has begun with the user’s explicit consent. Should the pattern be faulty or not as described, the user is entitled to remedies under applicable law for digital content. 

7.Compliance with Law 

Use of the patterns must comply with prevailing law, including copyright and intellectual property regulations. 

8.Liability 

Bobbiny assumes no liability for any damage resulting from improper usage of patterns or violation of these Terms. 

9.Final Provisions 

Downloading the pattern constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Bobbiny reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
